What to Know Before You Book
What happens on a first visit?
Your stylist starts with a consultation about your hair history, how you wear it day to day and where you want to get to, then builds the service around that. Bring inspiration photos if you have them, and tell us about any color you have done at home or elsewhere.
Do I need a consultation before a color correction or extensions?
Yes, and it is complimentary. Book the consultation first and we will book the service after, once your stylist has seen your hair and mapped the steps.
Is a deposit ever required?
Magic Sleek and QiQi treatments take a non-refundable deposit at booking. It is applied to your service total.
What is your cancellation policy?
A card is required to book. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-show appointments incur a 50% cancellation fee.
How do I pick a stylist?
Read the team page to see who specializes in what, or call the salon and the front desk will match you.
What are your hours?
Monday 11am to 5pm. Wednesday 10am to 6pm. Thursday and Friday 10am to 7pm. Saturday 9am to 5pm. Closed Tuesday and Sunday.
