Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. We currently ship within the United States.

Local Pickup

You may choose to pick up your order at the salon, 6065 Jericho Turnpike, Commack, NY 11725. We will contact you when your order is ready.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Orders
